Louisa Minghella
Louisa has been an agent since 2019. She has been working in the industry for more than a decade and got her start in development and production. She worked on multi-million dollar television series’, commercial blockbusters, and independent films before moving into representation.
Louisa started Minghella Creative Management in 2025. Her style of representation is characterised by her passion for authentic stories and resistance to tokenism in the industry. Her clients range from new grads and debut writers to BAFTA and Emmy winners.
